The revenue champion. Only 19 units, but at $76 per unit the embroidered N out-earned every other design in the store. Keep it exclusive to zips, jackets, and premium fleece.
Line totals are at store retail (base price; 2XL and larger carried a small size upcharge that is included in each design's store-sales figure). Store retail includes the $5-per-unit fundraising contribution.

Every bundle tee carried the 2026 Nationals Herbie design on the BELLA+CANVAS jersey tee —
32 tees went out through the bundle (ten complete bundles plus two extra picks), split 10 black / 12 red / 10 white.
Nearly one in five orders included a bundle, and it accounted for 32 of the 39 jersey tees sold.
The bundle is the single reason the Nationals design tops the volume leaderboard.

The premium gift accessories ($85–$185 bottles, backpacks, and blankets) and high-price women's outerwear took zero orders. Trimming these tightens the store and focuses spend on what moves.

Takeaways
Four designs did the work. The top four graphics moved 145 of 219 units — 66% of everything sold. Lead the next store with them.
The bundle set the pace. Ten $75 bundles put 32 Nationals tees out the door — nearly one in five orders included one. It's the reason the event design tops the volume board.
Embroidery is the money placement. The embroidered N averaged $76 per unit and produced $1,444 — the highest revenue of any design in the store on just 19 units.
Big baskets. Buyers averaged just over 4 items per order — a committed fanbase shopping the whole store, not grabbing one tee.
Black leads, red close behind. Half the garments sold were black, with red and white splitting the rest — stock all three, lead with black.
Skip the gift shop. The $85–$185 accessories (bottle, backpacks, blanket) took zero orders. Eleven products never sold; cut them next round.
Every sale gave back. The $5-per-unit program upcharge raised $1,095 — 14.1% of store sales — without a separate ask.
