A year-to-year agreement that puts every Triumph location on one account, running off one calendar, ordered through corporate Triumph. Five stores a year, a wholesale line you stock at the club, a girls' line of its own, and a share of every dollar that goes through it. Triumph owns the brand and the calendar. We own the production, the fulfillment and the dates.
Nothing below is a general improvement. Each one is written into the agreement as a term, with an owner and a window attached to it.
Three rooms today, five soon. The point of a single account is that adding the fourth and fifth costs you a phone call, not a new relationship.
Every store, every design, every bulk order routes through corporate Triumph for approval before it goes live. Locations request; corporate approves; we build.
The same art library, the same colors, the same size runs. A Triumph West singlet and a Triumph South singlet are the same singlet with a different room on it.
A new room joins the existing account and the next store on the calendar — no new onboarding, no new art build, no separate agreement.
Triumph club gear is produced by Compound across all locations for the length of the term. In return you get the share of sales, the wholesale line, the camp tier and the payout window — all of which are priced off that exclusivity.
A dedicated fulfillment department handles every order. They work directly with production to hit deadlines and get every package out correctly and on time, and every customer gets tracking the moment their order ships. Store orders are sorted, bagged and shipped individually to each family, or in one shipment to a location contact when Triumph would rather hand them out.
These are your seasons, not ours. Each store opens on a locked date, closes on a locked date, and the check follows within 15 business days. Extending a store restarts the production clock from the new close, so the dates get set once and held.
The season launch and the biggest store of the year — new club identity, the competition singlet, practice gear and the first location tees. Everything the room wears from October on comes out of this one.
Fleece and cold-weather layers, timed so orders land before the break. Fleece carries more revenue than any other category on a wrestling store, every single year.
A different look for a different season — freestyle and Greco singlets, warm-ups, and gear for the kids traveling. Priced for the smaller group that actually competes.
10–11 teams going means 10–11 rosters, families and fans in one building. Event gear with the year and the field on it, closed early enough to be in hand before the bus leaves.
Camp and off-season gear, running off the camp tier. Tees, shorts and the lightweight pieces kids actually wear in July.
Between stores, a small always-on Triumph store stays live for the club staples — tees, shorts, the singlet, bags. New families joining in December don't wait until March to buy anything.
A tournament run, a state placer, a national qualifier, a new room opening. Proof back in 48 hours and live within 24 hours of your approval, with no store to open and close around it.
The club store is the base. These are the three programs that come off it, each one built for a group that buys differently.
Designed for the girls' program, not scaled down from the boys' art — its own colorways, its own graphics, its own cuts. Every wrestling piece we make comes in a women's and true youth cut with the spec on the page.
A sideline kit for the staff — polos, quarter-zips, jackets, bags — ordered once a year off the account and priced as a coaching-staff buy. The people on the corner of the mat are the most-photographed people in the building.
A core assortment Triumph buys in bulk at wholesale, stocks on the rack, sets its own retail on and keeps the spread — so there is gear to sell the night a family walks in, with no store open. The assortment, order cadence and reorder terms are drawn up here.
You raised a separate Wrestling Dept play. Compound will scope it as its own line under the same agreement rather than bolt it onto the club store — different buyer, different pricing, same production floor.
Across 194 wrestling stores we've run, five categories show up in more than half of them — singlets, tees, shorts, performance hooded shirts and crew fleece. Those five anchor every Triumph store and the wholesale assortment.
Names on singlets, weight class on jackets, class year on warm-ups — available on every fully sublimated product for a small upcharge, added and priced at the store. It's printed into the garment, not heat-pressed on afterward, so it doesn't peel.
Measured from approved art. Bulk ships from each production house as pieces are completed; an online store is held until every order is complete, then sorted and shipped.
Items ship from their production house as they are completed, so a bulk order can arrive in more than one shipment.
Every order is held until all production is complete, then sorted, bagged and shipped — individually to each family, or in one shipment to a location contact. The extra 5–7 days covers that sorting and shipping.
Work backwards from the date gear has to be in hand, not forward from the store close. We set the open and close on that math, and hold them.
First proof back within two business days; most go out same-day. Revisions come back same-day.
Proof inside 48 hours, live inside 24 hours of corporate approval.
Sales report and check issued together, covering units, revenue and the share calculation for that store.
One year, renewing year to year. These are the points to sign off on before art starts.
Triumph earns a share of net sales across every Triumph store. We want to land on a generous number that makes sense for both sides — one that reflects the volume Triumph drives across five stores and three rooms, and that still holds up as the fourth and fifth locations come online.
Check and sales report issued within 15 business days of each store closing. Reports show units, revenue and the share calculation.
Triumph club gear is produced exclusively by Compound across every location for the term, and every order routes through corporate Triumph. Triumph's designs and marks stay Triumph's — nothing built for you appears on another club's gear.
A defined core assortment Triumph buys in bulk, stocks at the club and resells at a retail price Triumph sets. The assortment, order cadence and reorder terms are agreed here.
A locked per-shirt camp cost held for the season, quantity confirmed against registration ten days out, and no overbuy to clear a minimum. Triumph sets camp retail and keeps the spread — camp stops being the place the margin disappears.
Minimums are set per order type and kept generous — sized against what a single room actually buys rather than the whole club. Filler orders on approved art stay flexible: a re-run adds to a design that has already run, without a new setup or a fresh full minimum.
Twelve months from signature, renewing year to year. Rates, share and the store calendar are reviewed together at each renewal.
Two halves: terms and art in the first two weeks, store build and launch in the second two. Labor Day, Monday September 7, is built into the schedule rather than discovered on the way.
Share of sales, exclusivity, camp tier, minimums and the payout window — agreed in one pass so art can start against a real calendar.
Vector logo files, your colors, and the room names going on location gear.
Club, girls' and coaches' lines together, in every decoration type — so you see the whole program before anything is priced or built.
Ownership and the head coaches look over the proofs and send notes. Wednesday, Sep 16 is reserved for revisions.
Retail pricing lands alongside the mock-ups and we set the three price bands together before anything goes live.
Every SKU, every size run, bundles configured, personalization fields wired. You get a working link before anyone else sees it.
That's the lift on your side. Orders, sizes, payment, personalization, production, shipping, returns and parent emails run through us — and the check comes back within 15 business days of close.
We've built for Triumph before — these came out of our files. That history is the point: the work doesn't start at a blank page, it starts at a brand we already know how to draw. And the job every year is to elevate it — especially now, with the kind of growth Triumph is putting up across the rooms.
Triumph's mark has been the same since 2008. Our job is to reproduce it exactly, on every piece, in every process, across every room.
High-level designers who do teamwear all day, every day, for thousands of teams a year. Your account stays with the same designer from first concept through production files.
Your brand colors are matched to your brand standards on every product — sublimation, screen print, DTF and embroidery — so a hoodie ordered in November matches a singlet ordered in September.
Every proof carries exact dimensions, placement and color callouts. Nothing goes into production until corporate has approved it.
Every wrestling piece comes in men's, women's and true youth cuts. We keep sizing kits covering every size in both cuts, and we'll make them available to your rooms so athletes try on before anyone orders. That isn't something we extend to every club.
Wrestling uniformsPro Series singlets, fight shorts and compression — every one of them in a men's, women's and true youth cut, with the spec on each product page.
Performance apparelMomentum jackets and joggers, warm-ups, packable jackets, hooded long sleeves, fleece and raglans — the training, travel and sideline layer.
2026 wrestling style guideWe curate a fresh style guide every year off what is actually trending in the sport — 41 complete kits for 2026. Pick a direction here and we build Triumph's version of it.
Size chartsMen's and women's wrestling plus men's and women's performance — measurements by garment, so a parent can size an athlete from the couch instead of guessing in a gym lobby.
