Built for Midlothian Miners Wrestling Club — a USA Wrestling Top 50 club, and one volunteer who should not have to carry the gear alone.
Our wrestling club is nineteen years old. Four seasons in, we were still fighting an industry running on eight-week lead times with a sales rep parked between us and the factory — so fifteen years ago we built the apparel company we wanted to order from. Combat sports first, everything cut and sewn to order. No pre-printed blanks on a rack, which is why a Miners store can't sell a medium it doesn't have.
Three in-house designers; teamwear is all they do. One of them owns your account and answers you directly inside our proofing software — not through a rep who forwards it to a factory and waits two days for a reply.
Max Mejia stays on the project from art through delivery. He is copied on every proof, and the two dates that matter — October 10 and December 13 — are what the whole schedule is built backwards from.
Every detail in a real-world design proof before it is made.
You run two stores today. We'd run four — and only one of them is any work for you, because we build all of them.
The tiered kit you already sell: singlets, fight shorts, warm-ups, quarter-zips, performance tops. Fully sublimated and cut to order after close, so nothing sells out mid-window.
The lower price point: tees, fleece, alternate practice shorts, plus workout, training and travel apparel. Retail mills, not custom manufacturing, so the cost lands where parents expect it.
A curated shortlist of products we keep live all year and fulfill weekly. This is the answer to the kid who falls in love with the sport in December and finds every store closed — and to the parent who missed the window.
Any of the above can be configured to return margin to the club on every order. Families buy gear they wanted anyway and the program funds mats, entry fees or travel off the same transaction.
Direct athlete fulfillment. Every order ships to the family that placed it, with their name on it. No collecting money, no chasing sizes, no sorting a pallet in a school lobby, no parent texting you in February about a hoodie. If you'd rather have one shipment for a team handout, we sort and bag it by athlete before it leaves our building — you hand out bags, not boxes.
Package items together at a set price so a parent buys one thing instead of six. Build a Competition Bundle that matches what you already expect of the top team, and a lighter Rookie Bundle for a first-year family who isn't ready to spend. The bundle is how you set the expectation without having to enforce it in an email.
Available on every fully sublimated product for a small upcharge — names on singlets, weight classes on jackets, class year on warm-ups. It's added at the store, priced at the store, and printed into the garment rather than heat-pressed on afterward, so it doesn't peel.

Bundles at the top — a Supreme Bundle and an Essentials Bundle — then the full performance line, spirit wear and accessories underneath. Every item fully sublimated in the team's colors, with a color swatch under each product.

North Carolina Wrestling's store. A Nationals bundle at the top, then men's, women's and youth tees and fleece priced for families, and a live countdown to close so nobody has to be reminded twice about the deadline.
Open the sample storeThe Miners badge, the pickaxe, that black and that gold are the club's equity. Our job is to reproduce them exactly the same way on a singlet, a screen-printed tee and an embroidered hat — and to prove it on paper before anything is cut.
Teamwear is the only thing our design team does — all day, for thousands of teams a year. Your account is assigned to one of them and stays there. You will not be handed to whoever is free.
Your black and your gold get locked to a value at the start of the account and applied to every product after that — sublimation, screen print, DTF and embroidery. One reference, so a hoodie ordered in November matches a singlet ordered in August.
Every proof ships with actual dimensions, placement callouts and color callouts on the art — so "is that the same size as the other one?" is answered on the page instead of in a three-email thread. This is the single thing most vendors don't send, and it's why our revision counts stay low.
Kate flagged that the singlet lettering was created new by a local vendor and there's no vector art for it. We redraw it as clean vector from whatever you can send — a screenshot is enough to work from. It comes back matching, and the files are yours, not locked to us.
You're in the proofing software with the designer who is drawing it. No sales rep relaying notes to a factory and back. That's the difference between two days per revision and two hours.
All of it is public on our site. Send it to a parent, a board member, or anyone who wants to see what they're buying before they commit.
Wrestling uniformsPro Series singlets, fight shorts and compression — every one of them in a men's, women's and true youth cut, with the spec on each product page.
Performance apparelMomentum jackets and joggers, warm-ups, packable jackets, hooded long sleeves, fleece and raglans — the training, travel and sideline layer.
Wrestling style guideWe curate a fresh style guide every year off what is actually trending in the sport — 41 complete kits for 2026. Style 05 is the one shown. Pick a direction here and we build your version of it.
Size chartsMen's and women's wrestling plus men's and women's performance — measurements by garment, so a parent can size a kid from the couch instead of guessing in a gym lobby.
You named October 10 for preseason competition and December 13 for the winter tournament — the one where, in Heath's words, the gear has almost never been in. We start at those dates and count backwards.
Once a design is in production we take smaller filler runs on the same art with no new setup charge — a late registration, a kid who grew two sizes, a coach who wants the jacket after all. Off-peak they turn around quickly; through the October–November crunch the lead time stretches, so ask us for the real date before you promise one.
Pulled straight from the call. Where the honest answer is "put your hands on it and decide," we've said that instead of talking around it.
Nothing here costs you anything or commits the club. It exists so that by the end of next week you can hold the gear, see the design and know the dates — and then decide.
Youth Large and Adult Small — men's and women's Pro Series singlets, a tri-blend tee, fleece and a fight short. Send us the address and it goes out the same day.
The Miners badge in any format, plus a photo or screenshot of the current singlet front. Missing vector is expected — we'll rebuild it.
Singlet, warm-up and tee mocked up in Miners black and gold, with dimensions and color callouts on the art. Within 48 hours of receiving files.
Twenty minutes on a call: which pieces go on the teamwear store, what goes in the bundles, which tee you want, and whether the spirit store runs as a fundraiser.
A working Miners store, not a mockup. You walk it as a parent would and tell us what to change. Nothing publishes until you say so.
Gear in hand, proofs on screen, store link live, dates on paper. If any of it falls short, you've lost a week and a shipping label.
Most vendors quote a number without telling you what starts it. Here is ours, with the trigger named. Every schedule on this page is built off these clocks and nothing else.
Because the clock starts at close, the length of the shopping window is entirely yours to set Five weeks is a commitment, not an estimate — it holds as long as the open and close dates are locked up front and the store is not extended.
First proof back within two business days, and most go out the same day. Revisions come back same-day. Send art Monday morning and you can be approving a proof Monday afternoon.
